Our Managed Remote IT Service pricing plan is very simple and extremely flexible.  Quotes are based on an annual term but are paid monthly in advance.  Since the minimum term is only for the month the pay, you may cancel at any time.  In other words, there are no tie-ins!

The cost for our remote IT service is simply based on the number of servers, desktops and laptops you have on your network.  It doesn’t matter how many applications you use, as long as we support it, your supported!

We accept most forms of payment and discounts will be given should you decide to take out a longer contract.

Service requires the installation of a very small client program on each machine and server that is to be monitored. Our highly trained engineers will be happy to do this for you at no extra charge.

Our ‘one off’ per incident IT support service is a simple solution to assist you in resolving a system error on your network.  This service does not cover complete installation and configuration of new operating systems.  Instead, the service is aimed at solving problems to your existing network infrastructure.

The cost per incident is £95.00.

This is a fixed fee service, regardless of the time it takes to resolve the issue.

In the event that you require onsite IT support, we offer a fixed fee for your first hour, followed by per 15 minute billing.

Our onsite IT support solutions can fulfill the following:-

• LAN installation, configuration and repair

Onsite engineering visits are available anywhere in mainland England, Scotland and Wales. This service is currently unavailable in Northern Ireland.
